Goooing down using my backside... :)

Tomorrow I will be 9 months old and active as usual, until my grandparents have to say "surrender!" to me. :)

Managed to know some tricks in these few months, but Mummy did not notice until recently when she put me on bed and went to take some water in the kitchen. When she came back, she saw I was pushing my backside backwards to the edge of the bed and down using my legs first. (Don't worry, the mattress was placed on the floor without divan...) Clever eh?

I too managed to try crawl up from my playpen and tried to come out, of course with failure (too high), but this brought much terror to my grandparents. :p

My favourite past time now? Playing with clean clothes which grandma took in from outside after these clothes had a nice sunbath. Enjoying to pull the clothes from one sofa to another sofa, especially grandma's long nightclothes.

Spinning away!

8 months passed by, and I have learning new tricks every single day. The latest? Spinning handkerchief.
Grandpa sometimes will spin the handkerchief in order to produce wind to cool me off while feeding me milk during hot days. I found that interesting and decided to test it myself if I am able to do so. Found that it was fun! :)

Updates about me - 19th September 2008

Updates about me:

1. I am now 7 months and 6 days old.
2. I managed to finish my 1 tablespoon of cereal mixed with mommy's milk on last Sunday morning (consider an achievement for me) - first time in finishing my first solid food.
3. I became talkative few days back. My first word? That's "nga nga nga...", then "ba ba ba...", while talking, I will put my hands in mouth to create strange noise...and create more saliva too.

Happy 7 months old to me :)

Uncle Choo made me a star in newspaper

Uncle Choo came to visit my parents and I few weeks ago. Purpose? To have an interview with us about parenting and pregnancy. Uncle Choo needed to write an article about this and have it published in these few weeks. He was searching hard to find pregnant mummies and mothers, and he thought of us. That's why we were chosen to be interviewed. :)

Papa and Mummy shared the pregnancy experience with Uncle, and he took our photos as well. Can't wait to see the article published tomorrow. I will make sure Mummy buy the newpapers to keep it. Hehe...

My first cereal meal today

I had my first cereal meal at noon just now. Grandpa mixed 1 tablespoon of cereal with 5oz of milk in a bottle. And I finished it in around 15 minutes, yumyum!

I am 6 months old now, and I have grown teeth!

Hello aunty, uncle, big and small, young and old, today I am 6 months old now. Wow, time flies...and Mommy found my little bottom tooth on last Saturday and saw another small white bump just now.
Waiting for my first solid food, yum yum, when you guys will start to give those yummy food for me? Don't make me wait too long, as now I am starting to bite almost everything that I grab. :)

Shake shake, buuuuuuu....pppppttt!!!

Yesterday Berniece did a new trick again, while I was talking to hubby, she flipped over in her cradle, and start shaking the cradle hard until the cradle moved. I have learned how to crawl since few days ago, and feel excited of learning my new skill, kept on crawling (although is more like pushing myself forward) here and there for the past few days.

Since I was so into crawling, Uncle Ping took me to Mommy's bed and let me crawled and played. He was looking else where when suddenly he heard a bump sound, and he turned. He was shocked when he found me lying on the floor, crying...and with a red bump in front of my head.

Poor Uncle Ping was being scolded by Grandpa because of this, sorry Uncle...
